RRR The team members attended the Oscars by buying tickets worth Rs 20 lakh each. Rajamouli, Jr. was not given a free ticket. NTR and Ramcharan at the Oscars. Each of them paid 25,000 dollars ie 20.60 lakh rupees to see the Oscar ceremony.
Free pass was given to film music director RRR Keeravani and Natu Natu lyricist Chandra Bose and their wives only. That’s how it is at the Oscars. Only those nominated for the award will receive a free ticket.
Although tickets were taken, people including Rajamouli got seats in the back row of the audience. Not only that, Rajamouli strongly opposed the Oscar committee’s description of RRR as a Bollywood film.
Rajamouli publicly responded that his film is not a Bollywood film but a Telugu film. He also said that his film has nothing to do with Bollywood.
All the 12 films directed by SS Rajamouli since 2001 were super hits. No other director in India has had this fortune.
Another thing is to say natu natu which means dance in telugu.
