Roshan Andrews’ upcoming movie Salute starring Dulquer Salman is all set to release soon. The film will be released through digitally acquired Sony Live. Dulquer made the announcement on his social media accounts. But no release date has been announced yet.
Earlier it was reported that Salute is preparing for a direct OTD release. This was reported by a web site called Latestley based on a social media report. The film, which was slated for a theatrical release on January 14, was postponed by Kovid following the third wave.

Dulquer arrives at the salute in the role of Arvind Karunakaran, a police officer. This is the first time Dulquer has played the role of a full-fledged police officer. Prior to this, Dulquer played the role of a police officer who achieved IPS in Lal Jose’s Vikramaditya. Bollywood actress Diana Penty will play the lead role in the film. Salute is Diana Penty’s first Malayalam film.

The screenplay is by Bobby Sanjay. Salute is the fifth film to be produced under the banner of Dulquar’s production company, Waferer Films. The film also stars Manoj K Jayan, Alansier, Sania Iyyappan, Binu Pappu, Ganapathy, Vijayakumar, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy and Boban Alumoodan in the lead roles.
