Thiruvananthapuram: School teachers will be exempted from Kovid duties. Kovid will be exempted from duty in view of the commencement of online classes, exams and Plus One admission. Mathrubhumi newspaper has reported the news about this.

This time, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has suggested that celebrations should not be held in government offices except for laying flowers on Onam. Teachers must also obtain prior permission for public events.

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan clarified that all non-Kovid-19 victims will be vaccinated in the cantonment zone. Everyone in the Containment Zones will be inspected. The CM said at the Kovid review meeting that the vaccine would be given priority to all people with Kovid negative results.

Depending on the size of each district, ten districts should be given 40,000 vaccinations a day and the other four districts 25,000 vaccinations a day. The Department of Health should organize awareness programs to control the spread of covid in the home. The CM also said that permission should be sought for all public functions.
