Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan clarified that all non-Kovid-19 victims will be vaccinated in the cantonment zone. Everyone in the Containment Zones will be inspected. The CM said at the Kovid review meeting that the vaccine would be given priority to all people with Kovid negative results.

Depending on the size of each district, ten districts should be given 40,000 vaccinations a day and the other four districts 25,000 vaccinations a day. The Department of Health should organize awareness programs to control the spread of covid in the home. The CM also said that permission should be sought for all public functions.
