Sendbird “Has ChatGPT functionality”… Revealing consulting platform through Salesforce

Sendbird, which develops a mobile chat platform for businesses, announced on the 3rd that it has unveiled a ‘Salesforce Connect’ service that enables customers to consult within Salesforce. This solution is characterized by the addition of functions such as summarizing counseling conversations by applying ChatGPT.

The Salesforce connector is featured allowing companies using the Salesforce service cloud to consult using the SendBird chat function within the Salesforce solution. Anyone can easily connect it, and through SendBird platform functions such as attaching media files and moderating images, it is possible to respond to customer needs in a customized way.

In particular, it is characterized by increasing the productivity of counseling staff by incorporating ChatGPT to summarize counseling conversations. In addition, specialized functions such as notification of new messages, a communication function without moving tabs and widgets, a chat function with multiple customers at the same time, and a record keeping function were implemented.

Cha Sang-yoon, general manager of SendBird products, said, “We can reduce costs by using existing customer CRM tools,” and added, “We will be able to increase satisfaction with excellent customer service by optimizing network unified customer contact.”

SendBird is a mobile app chat platform startup founded in Silicon Valley by CEO Kim Dong-shin, who came from the domestic game industry. The number of monthly active users is over 300 million.
