MBC’s popular show, ‘Glad You Don’t Fight’, airing on the 14th at 9 pm, astonished viewers as Seong-hoon impressively pulled a raft using nothing but his own body strength.

The episode featured chefs Rayman Kim and Jung Ho-young embarking on an adventure to a deserted island alongside Seong-hoon, Yang Chi-seung, and Choa, who joined the food delivery team known as ‘Catch My Hand’. Joining in the studio were Jung Ho-young’s close friend, Rayman Kim, renowned chef Oh Se-deuk, and singer Kwon Eun-bi.

Within the food delivery team, Seong-hoon, Yang Chi-seung, and Choa showcased their efforts to accomplish tasks independently using their own resources. In particular, swimming expert Seong-hoon took an active role by diving into the deep sea.

When faced with challenging waves that hindered the team’s progress, Seong-hoon fearlessly jumped into the sea and single-handedly towed the raft, carrying four team members. The onlookers were amazed by his determination and wondered if he would be able to bring the trap to safety.

Choa, the youngest member of the delivery team, teamed up with Director Yang Chi-seung to handle physically demanding tasks. Witnessing Choa’s strength and determination, Yang Chi-seung expressed his satisfaction, saying, “All the exercise has paid off.”

The incredible display of strength and teamwork on ‘Glad You Don’t Fight’ continues to captivate audiences, making it a must-watch show.

Seonghun, Yang Chi-seung, and Choa, who have joined the food delivery team of Jung Ho-young and Rayman Kim, focus on ‘getting my own hands’ by using their own organs. Among them, swimming ace Seong-hoon plays an active role by diving to the bottom of the deep sea.

Seong-hoon immediately jumps into the sea when the team members on the raft to save the trap are unable to move forward due to the waves. He starts pulling the raft alone with four people on it. While everyone admires his killing spirit, curiosity grows if he will be able to save the trap safely.

Choa, the youngest member of the delivery team, works with Director Chi-seung Yang to do dirty work based on his stamina. Seeing Choa radiating strength and carrying a load, Yang Chi-seung was satisfied, saying, “It’s worth exercising.”
