Today’s temperatures are not expected to rise above 0 degrees in Seoul and -3 degrees in Daegwallyeong, with the strong winds making it feel even colder. Snow or rain is forecasted for the west coast, with significant accumulations expected in certain mountainous areas. Motorists are urged to exercise caution due to the possibility of icy roads.

Today, Seoul recorded a record low of minus 7.3 degrees Celsius, and Daegwallyeong dropped to minus 13.2 degrees Celsius.
The perceived temperature was about 3 to 5 degrees lower than this.
