KARACHI: Pakistan pacer Shahin Afridi on Monday threw a Bangladeshi batsman in anger over a six off his ball. The incident took place during the second T20 match between Pakistan and Bangladesh. Afridi hit the ball unnecessarily in the delivery after Afif hit a six.
Afridi fined by ICC over incident Afridi will be fined 15 per cent of the match fee. In addition, a demerit point has been imposed on the player. Afridi was fined and demerit points found guilty of violating Article 2.9 of the ICC Code of Conduct.
