Singer Park Seo-jin admitted that she has been suffering from severe insomnia for 10 years.

In KBS2’s ‘Men Who Do Housework Season 2’ (hereafter referred to as ‘Men Who Do Housework’), which aired on the 21st, episodes of Park Seo-jin’s daily life were revealed.

Park Seo-jin, who has been living with her younger sister Hyo-jeong, who came from Samcheonpo, in Incheon for a month, attracted attention by saying, “I became brighter after my younger brother came, and I won 1 -2 kg of weight.” After Park Seo-jin left for her schedule, Hyo-jung, left alone at home, spoke on the phone with her friend. She then confessed her true feelings compared to with his friends who were doing well, saying, “I was pretending to be bright on the outside, but I was feeling a bit bitter. I was also jealous. I also wanted to do something in Incheon,” and revealed his distressed feelings while looking for a job.

Park Seo-jin, who came home from work late at night after finishing her schedule, got ready for bed, being careful not to wake up her sleeping younger brother. However, I stayed up all day due to severe insomnia that I had been suffering from for over 10 years. Park Seo-jin expressed regret by saying, “I’ve had severe insomnia since I was in my early twenties. When I was suffering from insomnia and burnout, there was a time when the performance was over even though I couldn’t remember singing.”

Park Seo-jin, who suffers from insomnia in the midst of a busy schedule, and her younger sister, Hyo-jeong, who is sad because of phone calls with her mother who is only worried about her brother, clash as his sensitivity reached its peak. Hyo-jeong said to Seo-jin, “It’s hard for me to take care of my brother. Don’t live selfishly. That’s why you’ve been single ever since.” Park Seo-jin was moved to tears as she recalled the past when she had no choice but to give up her studies and dating to take care of her family.

Park Seo-jin admitted, “I was a bit surprised when I heard that I was in a touching state,” and “I felt sad for my younger brother, whom I thought I knew better than anyone else.” Hyojeong also shared her painful story, saying, “I couldn’t even graduate from high school because I was taking care of my sick mother.”

Hyojeong dropped out of high school in the past due to her health and the need to take care of her sick mother. Park Seo-jin said, “My younger sister has graduated middle school. I wish she could take the qualification exam. It might be okay now, but I’m worried it will hurt her later.”

Park Seo-jin, who had an argument with his younger brother, prepared a meal for his younger brother and offered a hand of reconciliation. At this, Hyojeong let go of her anger, and although they were bickering, they warmed their hearts when they thought of each other.
