SK Telecom and Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance Sign MOU for AI-Based Insurance Services

Memorandum of Understanding signed to strengthen the competitiveness of insurance business

SK Telecom is part of the digital transformation (DX) of the insurance industry.

SK Telecom announced on the 15th that it had signed a ‘strategic partnership (MOU) for innovation in the insurance business based on artificial intelligence (AI)’ with Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance.

Both companies will start building AI-based insurance services. SK Telecom AI technology will be applied to Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance business.

SK Telecom plans to deploy ‘AdotX’ Large Language Model (LLM) in call center AI and chatbots. We are also creating LLM specially for executives and employees of Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance. SK Telecom also supports the construction of AI infrastructure (infrastructure) of Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance. In addition, SK Telecom plans to allow users to register for Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance products through the ‘Adot’ application (app).
