Former rhythmic gymnast Son Yeon-jae recently shared a glimpse into her daily life as a parent on social media.

Son Yeon-jae is a renowned figure in Korean rhythmic gymnastics, having achieved impressive results during her active years. She secured 5th place in the individual all-around rhythmic gymnastics at the 2012 London Olympics and 4th place in the individual all-around at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics. After officially retiring in February 2017, Son Yeon-jae went on to become the CEO of ‘Leaf Studio’, where she nurtures promising rhythmic gymnasts.
In her personal life, Son Yeon-jae married a financier in August 2022 and gave birth to a healthy son in February. Along with the birth, she also donated 100 million won to the obstetrics and gynecology department of Severance Hospital.
