The new regulations on structure, layout, and technical requirements for electronic information portals/pages of state agencies effective from April 5, 2024 also clearly state that electronic information pages/pages must connect the EMC system before officially being put into use.

Emphasizing good monitoring and measurement for ministries, branches and localities, leaders of the Ministry of Information and Communications have directed the National Digital Transformation Department to review, make statistics and issue a document clearly stating the time limit for completing the connection.
