‘Tae-Yong Shin’ Indonesia advances to Suzuki Cup final

The Indonesian national football team, led by coach Shin Tae-yong, advanced to the Suzuki Cup final by defeating Singapore, which had three players sent off after extra time.

Indonesia had a two-man lead with Singapore’s Pandi sent off in the 22nd minute of the second half, but they gave Sulaiman a picturesque free kick goal in the 29th minute to allow a 2-1 comeback.

Indonesia, which had been on the offensive since then, was revived by Arhan’s equalizing goal in the 42nd minute of the second half.

Singapore conceded a penalty in extra time in the second half, but the goalkeeper saved Ramley’s kick, which dramatically pushed the game into overtime.

Indonesia dominated from the start with a numerical advantage in extra time, and Singapore’s own goal in the first minute took the lead back.

And in extra time, Maulana’s key cannon exploded to win the match 4-2.

In the 14th minute of extra time, Singapore was sent off after blocking a counterattack by the goalkeeper, ending the game with 8 players.
