The Pine Tree Party is a party founded by former Democratic Party leader Song Young-gil, who is currently detained in a detention center for a money envelope-related incident. The current representative of the Pine Tree Party is also Song Young-gil. Representative Song is currently in prison, but is known to be communicating with party members and supporters through his letters.
Recently, Pine Tree Party, founded by Representative Song, recruited several talented people along with the founding ceremony. However, most of them have something in common. They are people who have strong antipathy toward the current administration, President Yoon, and Chairman Han Dong-hoon.
Looking at the proportional representation order recently released by the Pine Tree Party, number 1 is lawyer Noh Young-hee, number 2 is former Media Watch representative Byun Hee-jae, number 3 is former Democratic Party lawmaker Son Hye-won, and number 4 is lawyer Jeong Cheol-seung. These are all people who strongly criticize the current government, Yoon Seok-yeol.

Among them, CEO Byun Hee-jae’s unconventional pledge stands out. Representative Byun also made a shocking pledge through his YouTube channel and YouTube broadcast, saying, “I will execute President Yoon Seok-yeol and Chairman Han Dong-hoon.” Representative Byun Hee-jae is one of the people who has criticized President Yoon Seok-yeol as a ‘fake conservative’.
Representative Byun also recently said on his YouTube broadcast, “I am the one who promised to execute President Yoon Seok-yeol,” and “I will definitely execute him, through a special law.” At the same time, he said, “Don’t vote for those who oppose the death penalty of President Yoon Seok-yeol, but vote for me for those who support it.”
In the past, Chairman Han Dong-hoon of the emergency room also said about the maintenance of execution facility facilities during his time as Minister of Justice, “Manage the execution site well. “This is my place to die,” he said, emphasizing that “I will definitely execute President Yoon Seok-yeol and emergency committee chairman Han Dong-hoon.”

In addition, Representative Byun Hee-jae attracted attention by saying, “If I enter the National Assembly, I will definitely take off Chairman Han Dong-hoon’s wig.” In fact, in order for Representative Byun to enter the National Assembly, the Pine Tree Party must receive more than 6% support, but it is not known whether this can be achieved.
In many opinion polls, the Pine Tree Party has not yet received a clear approval rating. However, as these unconventional pledges became known, some communities and strong supporters of the Democratic Party expressed their intention to vote, saying, “It is much cooler than Lee Jae-myung or Cho Kuk.”
It appears that we will only know on April 10th, the day of the general election, whether the unconventional pledges of the Pine Tree Party and Representative Byun Hee-jae will actually be realized.
