Tomorrow, after the 7th day of winter, the weather will be mostly clear and the temperature difference between day and night is expected to be large.
The Korea Meteorological Administration predicted on the 7th that the temperature would gradually rise and be similar to or slightly higher than the average year (lowest 2 to 11 degrees, maximum 14 to 19 degrees) from the 8th.
The morning temperature will be as low as around 5 degrees, but as the daytime temperature rises to around 20 degrees, the temperature difference between day and night will be very large, at 10 to 15 degrees, especially in the inland.
In northern Gyeonggi Province and the inland and mountainous regions of Gangwon, there may be frost and ice in some places, so care must be taken when managing crops.
Sky conditions will be mostly clear across the country, but the southern region is expected to be cloudy starting in the afternoon. Jeju Island will be mostly cloudy.
From dawn to 9 a.m., there will be fog with a visibility of less than 1 km in the country’s inland areas. In particular, on roads adjacent to rivers, lakes, or valleys, the fog may be thicker than the surrounding area. The Korea Meteorological Administration emphasized that traffic safety must be paid attention to by reducing the speed of vehicles when driving to avoid damage such as collisions.
