ROYAL THAI POLICE SWAT TEAM competes in the UAE SWAT Challenge 2022, conquers the strongest team through 4 stages, showing results in the TOP 10 SWAT units.
On March 17, 2022, reporters reported that ROYAL THAI POLICE SWAT TEAM passed Stage 4 beautifully. The race came close to reaching the final stage. The Thai police team did a good job, ranked in the TOP 10 of the world’s police in the UAE SWAT Challenge 2022, competing for the strongest SWAT team.
The UAE SWAT CHALLENGE 2022 is a special event held in conjunction with the World Police Summit in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Its purpose is to support the exchange of techniques and promote advanced tactical skills among countries. as well as to test the physical strength and mental determination of the participants under virtual situations.
ROYAL THAI POLICE SWAT TEAM competes in the UAE SWAT Challenge 2022, conquering the strongest team
The competition will be held between 13-17 March 65 police from various countries. 25 teams are registered for the competition. Each team can send up to 9 competitors. 5 players can actually enter the field in each situation. They can rotate and turn to compete in each situation as appropriate for the individual.
The competition is divided into 5 stages, or 5 scenarios: 1. Tactics, 2. Assault, 3. Rescue, 4. Towers, and 5. Obstacles. The team that takes the least time and does not violate the rules of the game will be the winner. Prizes will be awarded as follows: 1st prize $5,000, 2nd prize $3,000 and 3rd prize $2,000.
In 2019, the Royal Thai Police sent a SWAT team to compete in the UAE SWAT CHALLENGE for the first time and was able to score 23rd out of 49 teams in 2019, No. 1 Dubai, No. 2 B. Larus, No. 3, USA Performance in 2019, Thai police are still 15th in the competition in obstacle situations.
This year, the Thai police team “ROYAL THAI POLICE SWAT TEAM” still works well with a good overall score. Ranked 9th, encouraging the Thai police with the final stage competition, waiting for the results of the Thai police Sending hearts to cheer on the representatives of the Thailand team.
