After Mr. Apiwat Khanthong, lawyer to General Prayut Chan-o-cha, in his capacity as Chairman of the Committee to Investigate Acts Causing Harm to the State (CTS), reported the matter to the investigating officer to prosecute Prof. Assoc. Dr. Yukti on May 17, 2021 until his surrender to Nang Loeng Police Station according to arrest warrant number 229/2565.
On February 20, Associate Prof. Dr. Yukti revealed to ‘Matichon’ that the public prosecutor had decided to order the prosecution. Most recently, he received bail in the amount of 200,000 baht from the Prasong People’s Fund. There are conditions that prohibit travel outside the country. unless it is permitted
