Sheikh Hamdan’s challenge is that every person should practice at least half an hour every day. By the end of the month, this will become a habit. There will be an opportunity to alleviate lifestyle diseases and ensure a ‘smart’ life. Yoga is also an important item in the fitness challenge. The challenge gives the message that diseases should be changed not by medicine but by habits.
