Fine dust in Incheon, North Chungcheong Province, South Jeolla Province, Daegu, Yeongseo, Gangwon Province, Ulsan, and North Chungcheong Province is expected to be at a ‘bad’ level. The Ministry of Environment predicted that fine dust would flow in from overseas, such as China, and accumulate as air currents converge, resulting in high concentrations.
