On October 17, 21, the Royal Gazette published Prime Minister’s Order No. 21/2021 on the establishment of an integrated center for solving the COVID-19 situation in the southern border provinces. Designate the Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration as a special unit to perform duties. According to the Emergency Decree on Public Administration, B.E.

in order to manage and resolve emergency situations, especially in the southern border provinces. appropriately effective and in accordance with the situation of the epidemic of COVID-19 in the aforementioned area

It is expedient to set up an Integrated Center for Addressing the Covid-19 Situation in the Southern Border Provinces to coordinate with various government agencies for the benefit of in integrating government operations to be able to drive, monitor and solve emergency situations specific and temporary

By virtue of Article 4 (3) of the Prime Minister’s Order No. 5/2020 concerning the establishment of a special agency to perform duties in accordance with the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations B.E. 2548 dated March 25, 2020.

The Prime Minister, as director of the Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration, has issued the following orders:

Article 1 in this order “Southern Border Provinces” means Narathiwat Province Pattani, Yala, and Songkhla and may include some or all of the provinces that have contiguous areas as Prime Minister

Article 2 to have “The Integrated Center for Solving the Covid-19 Situation in the Southern Border Provinces under the Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration (abbreviated as “Front Office”). There is an advisor to the Prime Minister (General Nattapon Nakphanich) is the Center Director. with the composition and the duties and powers as follows:

2.2 Duties and powers

(1) formulate guidelines for integration, coordination, propulsion, expedition and follow-up; Operations to resolve the epidemic of COVID-19 in the southern border provinces to be resolved as soon as possible in accordance with the policies, guidelines, rules and measures that the government or the administrative center Covid-19 situation determined

(2) cooperate and coordinate with government agencies, private sectors or related persons; in solving the problem of the epidemic of COVID-19 in the southern border provinces or take any other necessary actions for the benefit of preventing and solving the epidemic of COVID-19 in the southern border provinces. and to make the operation of the Front Office Prof. and the Covid-19 Situation Administrative Center to be effective

(3) Screening, giving recommendations and opinions on solving the spread of COVID-19 infectious disease in the southern border provinces to the Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration.

(4) to appoint sub-committees, working groups or assign relevant officials; to assist in the performance of duties or take any action in accordance with this order as necessary and appropriate

(5) to perform any other acts as assigned by the Prime Minister or the Covid-19 Situation Administration Center, in case of problems relating to the duties and powers under this article, the CSC shall submit to the Prime Minister for a decision.

Article 3 For the benefit of the performance of duties and powers of the Front Office, according to this order, government agencies shall dispatch government officials to assist and support the operations of the Front Office of the CCC as requested.

Article 4 to government agencies, state enterprises and other government agencies give support Operations of the Office of the National Security Council of Thailand and the Office of the National Security Council to facilitate in performing both budget and administrative duties as necessary and appropriate to the front office

Article 5 to government officials, officials or government officials involved in the operation in accordance with the duties and powers of this order Be a worker in the front office of the CCC as prescribed by the committee
