A 29-year-old woman named Taylor Renee Parker Reagan killed 21-year-old Michelle Simone and kidnapped their baby. The baby girl who was abducted later died. After beating Reagan on the head, Taylor ripped open her stomach and pulled out the little girl. Police found that Reagan had been hit on the head more than five times. Taylor was found guilty by the court three weeks ago. But the court imposed the death sentence after deciding Taylor’s appeal to drop the charge of beating and abandoning because the baby whose stomach had been ripped open was not alive. The court heard evidence from health experts that the baby had a heartbeat at the time of birth. Taylor had told her male friend, Griffin, that she was pregnant. But trying to find the baby to refute the anonymous message Griff received that Taylor was cheating on him in time ended in cruelty. The prosecution also proved in court that Taylor strategically located a pregnant woman from the hospital. The prosecution also told the court that their three-year-old daughter was at the scene when Taylor brutally killed Regan. A jury of 6 women and 6 men has unanimously found Taylor guilty. Medical experts told the court that Reagan was not dead when the baby was ripped open. Taylor’s sentencing will begin on October 12
