The police are solving a case of stalking a 28-year-old woman from the Tatras. The regional police spokeswoman from Prešov, Jana Ligdayová, informed that the perpetrator followed her for a long time not only at her place of residence in the Poprad district, but also at work.

The case of the crime of dangerous pursuit is handled by an authorized member of the district department of the Police Force in Poprad.
“The perpetrator was constantly looking for the woman, insulted her very vulgarly, and there were also threats regarding her life and health. The perpetrator’s actions lasted for several months and resulted in ever-increasing aggression towards the young woman. She was afraid that the perpetrator would carry out his threats ” the spokeswoman said, adding that the investigation is still ongoing.
