The Great Southern is the coldest wine region of Western Australia. It is approximately 150 kilometers long from north to south and 100 kilometers wide. It includes Albany, Denmark, Mt. Barker , Frankland and Porongurups .In Denmark (Denmark) the birthplace of Howard Parking in 1986.

Bright red, ruby, fruit aromas: red berries, strawberries, black cherries, raspberries, dried rose petals, minerals, vanilla, chocolate, grilled ham, spicy Fresh acidity, light and soft tannins, fruits, minerals, vanilla finish. ready to drink. It should be cooled to around 14-15 degrees….19/20 points
Flint Rock Shiraz 2017
Howard Park Flint Rock Shiraz Great Southern WA 2017: Cool Shiraz like Pinot. Noir and Chardonnay which all come from the same area Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, 20% new oak, 80% old oak.
Bright garnet red color with aromas of ripe fruit, plum, black cherry, blackberry, raspberry, minerals, vanilla, chocolate, cocoa powder, mocha coffee, spicy herbs, and… Black pepper, licorice, clove, creamy, refreshing acidity, soft tannins, smoky oak, finished with fruit, spicy, herbal, vanilla. Vintage is ripe and ready to drink. It’s a very good chilled shiraz………19/20 points
Miami Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
