According to Lieutenant Colonel Czi deny Wahyu Setiyawan, the Dandim 1625 Ngada, the four TNI soldiers are “strongly indicated” to have perpetrated the abuse that led to Prada lucky’s critical condition and, ultimately, his death.
“That’s right, there are already (four TNI soldiers) who are secured by the POM who are strongly indicated to carry out persecution until the victims experience severe trauma when entering the ICU,” stated Lt. Col. Setiyawan, as reported by Detikbali.
The suspects are currently being held in the detention room of the Ende Military Police Detachment (Subdenpom). Investigations began on Wednesday night (August 6, 2025), and authorities are working diligently to uncover the full extent of the abuse.
