President Donald ⁤Trump has commented on elon Musk’s role in ⁢his administration, despite the billionaire’s confirmed departure. Trump suggested Musk’s influence has significantly altered Washington’s conventional practices, identifying “very stupid and⁢ very bad” elements that‌ Musk addressed.

Speaking at a Friday ⁣night ‌news conference at the ⁤White House, Trump addressed Musk’s future involvement. While ‌Musk ⁢stated on Thursday he would⁢ be leaving‍ his official position, Trump insisted‍ Musk would still be involved with the agency.

Trump characterized the agency as “his children,” emphasizing that this ⁤was ‍not the ‍end of Musk’s involvement.⁤ Musk himself has pledged ⁤continued ⁤support.

“I’ll stay as a friend‌ and advisor to the president,” Musk said.

Trump also⁢ presented Musk with a golden key, housed in a wooden box,‍ calling Musk “the finest businessman in the world,” a gift reserved⁤ for “very⁤ special people.”

Musk, sporting a black cap, addressed⁢ a visible⁢ bruise, explaining it was the result⁣ of an ⁤accidental strike⁣ from his 5-year-old son, Æ Is A-Xii.

“I was fooling around with⁣ Little X and urging him‌ to mate me on my face. And⁣ that’s what he did,” Musk explained.

“It didn’t feel much⁤ at ‍the time, ⁣but‍ it has now been a longing ⁤to start blacking,”⁢ he added.

Savings⁢ Have Been ‍Much Smaller Than Promised

Musk’s decision to reduce his ‍administrative role comes as he aims ⁤to dedicate more time ⁣to his companies, including Tesla and SpaceX. ⁢While ⁤Musk initially claimed⁢ Dog could cut ‌costs by $2 trillion, actual savings have ranged from $2 billion to $12 billion, depending on the source.⁣ Concurrently, his relationship ⁤with other administration members has reportedly soured.

Earlier in ⁤the week,Musk expressed disappointment⁤ with recent bills from the‍ trump administration, fearing they would negate‍ achieved savings. Moreover, Musk’s own ventures have faced ⁣challenges, with Tesla sales declining⁣ and recent SpaceX rocket⁤ launches failing. The focus remains on Elon Musk’s future ⁢plans and his impact on Washington.

What’s next

Musk will continue as ‌an advisor to President Trump, though the extent of his influence remains to⁤ be seen, especially given recent setbacks in his business ventures⁣ and ‌disagreements ⁤with ‌the ‌administration’s financial policies. The⁣ future of Elon Musk’s role in shaping policy and his impact ⁣on Washington remains a topic ⁢of interest.
