Abu Dhabi: Wizz Air Abu Dhabi has announced a 50 per cent discount on air tickets as part of the UAE’s 50th National Day. VisAir also has a photo contest offering free return tickets to up to 50 people.
To take part in the competition through social media, take a photo of a prominent landmark in the UAE and post it under the hashtag # UAE50WithWIZZ. And tagged Wizzair. Selected best photos will be posted on VisAir’s social media pages. Tickets for travel to any sector operated by the airline till March 26, 2022 will be available free of cost.
UAE National Day; Four days holiday, lottery, up to 70% off
Dubai: The country is gearing up for the 50th National Day of the United Arab Emirates. Employees in various sectors will get four days off, including weekends. As part of the festivities, fireworks, lotteries and discounts await residents and residents of Dubai. The National Day celebrations organized by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) will run from December 2 to 11.
Holidays in the country are from December 1 to 4. Various events will be organized all over the city of Dubai. The fireworks display will take place on December 2 and 3 at 8:30 pm and 9:00 pm at The Point in The Palm Atlantis, Blue Waters in the Etisalat Beach Canteen on Sunset Mall on Jumeirah Beach, and La Mer and Burj Al Arab.
