Umoa-Titres: Togo raises 32.9 billion FCFA

(Togo Official) – Togo recorded this Friday, April 26, 2024, a new success on the regional financial market. In search of 30 billion FCFA via a simultaneous issue of Bonds and equivalent treasury bonds, the country finally mobilized 32.9 billion FCFA

In total, just over 48 billion FCFA in bids were collected, representing a coverage rate of 160.26%.

According to the report from the Umoa-Titres agency, the public treasury collected 21 billion via Assimilable Treasury Bonds (BAT) issued over a maturity of 364 days at multiple interest rates and 11.9 billion via Assimilable Obligations of the Treasury (OAT) issued at an interest rate of 6.15% over 3 years.

This new operation brings the total revenue collected since the start of the year to 259.9 billion FCFA.
