The Tokyo Game Show 2024, Japan’s largest game exhibition event, is currently underway, and we had the chance to visit the JOY MOBILE NETWORK booth. The company, based in Taiwan, has been making waves with its popular smartphone app, Kushroom Legend: The Hero and the Magic Lamp.

About Kushroom Legend

Kushroom Legend, also known as Kinoko Densetsu, is an idle-playing RPG that has taken the gaming world by storm. The game features a unique concept where mushrooms play a central role, and characters develop semi-automatically. Since its release in Japan in February 2024, the game has enjoyed strong support and has generated approximately $100 million in revenue in the domestic market alone.
