Vector Rakuma Store – Winner of 1st Place in Apparel and Global Categories

We are thrilled to announce that our Vector Rakuma store has won 1st place in the Apparel and Global categories at Rakuma Shop of the Year 2023!

Welcome to the Vector Rakuma store, operated by Vector Co., Ltd. Our store features a wide range of products available at all Vector stores, mainly located in Okayama Prefecture.

Please note that the majority of our products are recycled goods. These items may have been previously owned or used, so we kindly ask that you refrain from ordering if you are looking for a perfect item or are particular about the condition of your purchases.

Our products are also sold at other stores simultaneously, so there may be instances where the item you ordered is no longer available due to stock limitations.

When shopping with us, please be aware that different brands may have varying size indications. To ensure the best fit, we recommend checking the actual size of each product. Our measurements are taken according to Vector’s measurement method, and we allow for slight errors.

We strive to accurately represent our products through high-quality images. However, please note that the actual product may differ depending on your monitor’s display. Additionally, as our products are recycled, some accessories may not be included.

After payment has been confirmed, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations to your order. While we thoroughly inspect the condition of our products before shipping, we will accept returns in cases where we have overlooked significant issues. Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons such as size not fitting, product not meeting expectations, or incorrect products.

We do accept returns in the following cases:

• If you receive a product different from the one you ordered
• If the product condition is significantly different from the product description

To initiate a return, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product and return the item to us within 5 days of receiving the return. We kindly ask that you inspect the condition of the product upon receipt and notify us promptly if any issues arise.

Please note that we cannot accept requests for cleaning or after-sales service fees in excess of the product price or partial refunds for defective products. Additionally, we do not accept returns of products rated C or lower for any reason.
