The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported on the 1st (local time) that the United States has limited options in response to the North Korean military’s deployment to Russia.
According to the WSJ, ”The United States has few options in response to North Korea fighting for Russia.” The US has warned that Russia will face serious consequences due to North Korea’s deployment of troops, but in reality, the available options are limited.
Experts believe that it is challenging to prepare additional sanctions, as the US has already imposed unprecedented and severe sanctions on Russia and North Korea.
