As “Slobodna Bosna” reported this morning, two Decrees were published in the Official Gazette of the RS this morning Milorad Dodik: One refers to the Law on non-implementation of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH on the territory of the RS, and the other to the law prohibiting the publication of the decisions of the High Representative in BiH in the Official Gazette of the RS.
Journalist Slobodan Vaskovic he said that with this act, the secession of the RS from BiH officially began.
– There is no doubt that both laws are an integral part of the creeping coup d’état carried out by Milorad Dodik, said Vasković.
Christian Schmidtthe high representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina, previously made decisions on annulling both laws and banning any further work on them, but Dodik did not comply with any of those decisions, because the RS “does not recognize the high representative” because “it was not confirmed by the UN Security Council “.
Schmidt also brought changes to the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina which punishes the attack on the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the State of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is what Dodik’s adoption of the aforementioned Decrees is, which was published in the Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Dodik, OJT Banjaluka, on July 8, filed a criminal complaint against Schmidt for imposing decisions
With this move, Dodik entered into an open, direct, strong confrontation with the West and OHR, creating a crisis that has never been bigger than the signing of Dayton until today.
