The high-profile arrest took place on July 19 in Ho Chi Minh City, where law enforcement officials intercepted a shipping container bound for South Korea. Inside the container, they discovered 40 plastic wraps containing a total of 39.5 kilograms of methamphetamine, leading to the dismantling of the drug trafficking network.
