Vince McMahon: Shocking Footage Reveals 115mph Drive Before Bentley Crash

by Ahmed Hassan - World News Editor

Newly released footage reveals a harrowing scene involving former WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon, showing him swerving through traffic at speeds exceeding 100 mph before crashing his Bentley into another vehicle last July.

The video, released by Connecticut State Police, depicts the events of July 24, 2025, on Route 15 in Westport, Connecticut. Dashcam footage captures McMahon’s Bentley Continental GT Speed weaving in and out of traffic before rear-ending a BMW driven by Barbara Doran. The Bentley then collided with a guardrail, sending debris scattering across the highway. Smoke billowed from the vehicle as it continued down the road before eventually coming to a stop.

When approached by a Connecticut State Trooper, McMahon appeared shaken, with airbags deployed around him. The trooper informed him he was traveling at approximately 115 mph. McMahon reportedly responded, stating he was attempting to reach his granddaughter for her birthday and hadn’t driven the car in a long time, adding that it was “too fast.”

“I’m trying to catch up to you and you keep taking off,” the trooper said to McMahon, according to the released footage. McMahon denied attempting to evade police.

In a moment captured on the trooper’s bodycam, McMahon can be heard muttering to himself, “God damn it. Stupid f**king fool,” while handing over his insurance and registration.

McMahon refused medical attention at the scene and immediately inquired about the well-being of others involved. “Oh s**t, that’s a miracle,” he exclaimed upon learning no one was injured.

Doran later shared her experience on Facebook, stating she felt “lucky to have survived” the crash. She described McMahon striking her vehicle at 80 to 90 mph and being catapulted over 100 yards after the impact. She also noted the coincidental timing of the crash with the death of Hulk Hogan.

McMahon was initially charged with reckless driving and following too closely. However, in October 2025, a judge allowed him to enter a pretrial program. The terms of the program required a $1,000 charitable contribution and adherence to licensing and insurance regulations. Successful completion of the program would result in the dismissal of the charges.

Mark Sherman, McMahon’s attorney, expressed satisfaction with the outcome, stating to TMZ, “It was good news. Not every car accident is a crime and the judge agreed he deserved this dismissal and we’re grateful for that.”

The Bentley Continental GT Speed, valued at approximately $300,000, sustained significant damage in the collision.
