The World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) has announced the two groups that will participate in the “Ragzas presents 3rd WBSC Premier 12”. Twelve countries qualified for the WBSC/KONAMI World Ranking.
Group A schedule
From November 10th to 14th
place
Panamerica Charros de Jalisco Stadium (Guadalajara, Jalisco)
Santa Teresita Stadium (Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico)
Group B schedule
From 13th to 18th November
place
Vantelin Dome Nagoya (Nagoya, Japan) *Opening match: Japan vs Australia
Taipei Dome, Tianmu Stadium (Taipei, Taiwan)
Group B begins on November 13 with Japan taking on Australia at Vantelin Dome Nagoya. The remaining 12 matches will be played at Taipei Dome and Tianmu Stadium until November 18.
After the round robin, the top two teams in each group will advance to the super round. The 1st and 2nd place teams from the Super Round will compete in the Premier 12 championship match, while the 3rd and 4th place teams will compete for the bronze medal.
The Super Round will take place at Tokyo Dome (November 21-23)
The medal match is scheduled for November 24.
All match times of “Ragzas presents 3rd WBSC Premier 12” will be announced soon.
The top 12 teams in the WBSC/KONAMI Men’s Baseball World Ranking as of December 31, 2023 have qualified for the third edition of the Premier 12, the most important international baseball event of the year. South Korea won the first WBSC Premier12 in 2015 and Japan defeated South Korea in the final to win the 2019 title.
