West Concord Man Faces Sexual Conduct Charges in Alleged Assaults
MANTORVILLE, Minn. — A West Concord, Minnesota, man is facing felony charges related to allegations of sexually assaulting a child at his home, according to a criminal complaint filed in Dodge County District Court.
Robert Mikal Myles, 32, is accused of touching an 8-year-old child and coercing her into touching him. The child, in an interview with law enforcement officials, indicated she was touched on two separate occasions, demonstrating this by holding up two fingers, the complaint states.
The allegations extend to incidents occurring in December 2025. The child reported that Myles exposed himself while she was showering at his residence and subsequently coerced her into touching him. She also reported an instance where Myles touched her “privates” while they were watching television together.
Myles was taken into custody on January 23, 2026, and is now facing one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. He reportedly denied the allegations, telling investigators he has never been alone with children.
According to court documents, Myles appeared in court on February 3, 2026, facing three counts of criminal sexual conduct with children under age 10. A six-year-old child also came forward, alleging Myles touched her genitals over her clothing.
Myles is currently held at the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center. His bail has been set at $100,000 with conditions, including no contact with the victims or individuals under the age of 18. He was also granted $150,000 bail without conditions.
His next court appearance is scheduled for April 13, 2026.
