Katana attack on a couple at Vallithodu Peringari, Kannur. Justin died in the upper Peringari. Wife Ginny is in critical condition. The attack took place on the way to the church in a two-wheeler from home in the morning. The injured were rushed to a private hospital in Kannur. Authorities said Justin was pronounced dead at the hospital. Other vehicles in the Peringari area were also attacked. Katana was chased into the Karnataka forest after landing in a populated area.
