BANGKOK – Yamaha has officially launched the latest iteration of its XMAX scooter in Thailand, featuring several updates over the previous model. The maxi-scooter receives a refreshed design and enhanced features, though it maintains the core characteristics of its predecessor.

As a mid-range maxi-scooter,the XMAX is equipped with a comprehensive suite of features. A dual display screen, incorporating both a digital LCG and TFT infotainment display, provides riders with essential facts. The system is controlled via handlebar-mounted buttons and can display calls, SMS/email notifications, music playback controls, whether updates, time, and navigation data.
The XMAX also features Yamaha’s Y-Connect system, enabling seamless smartphone integration via Bluetooth. This allows riders to monitor vehicle condition in real-time.
Additional features include a Smart key System, Answer back System, Start-Stop System, cellphone charging socket, traction control, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Garmin Navigation, and a spacious storage compartment capable of accommodating two helmets.
