US-French leaders “strongly condemn North Korea’s ballistic missile launch”
US President Joe Biden and French President Emmanuel Macron strongly condemned North Korea’s ballistic missile provocations and reaffirmed their commitment to continued cooperation through the international community.
In a joint statement issued after the summit in Washington, DC on the 1st (local time), the two leaders said, “We strongly condemn North Korea’s illegal ballistic missile test launch.”
“This violates several resolutions of the United Nations Security Council and is a threat to peace and stability in the region,” he added.
