On the 13th, the YouTube channel ‘7th grade middle school student’ uploaded a video titled ‘Return video of 7th grade middle school student sued by NewJeans’.

Previously, on the 12th, the channel in question was removed due to Google’s action. However, as if to demonstrate, he created a new channel the day after deleting it and uploaded the video again.

In the video, the operator of the channel said, “In summary, the channel ‘Middle School 7’ has been cancelled,” and “Something is strange. I never thought it would disappear like this overnight. “

He said, “I never wanted such a meaningless farewell. There are still many stories I want to tell,” and added, “The channel started as a little joke, and although it might be meaningless, you can start from the start.”

The channel is currently uploading two videos called ‘Han So-hee’s self-made support note continuously’ and ‘The real reason Espa Winter underwent surgery’.

‘7th Grade of Middle School’ is a channel that has uploaded hundreds of videos of fake facts, such as past comments about female celebrities or disparaging their appearance, starting in 2022. Espa, Le Seraphim, Ive, and New Genes suffered damage to the channel.

Accordingly, the agency of New Jeans, Adore, recently asked the federal court in California to reveal the identity of the operator of the channel. Because the YouTube account was anonymous, it was difficult to file a complaint, so we requested the account information from Google.

If the US court accepts Adore’s request, New Genes will be able to sue the channel’s operator in Korea on charges such as defamation.

Mr A, the operator of the Taldeok Camp YouTube channel, who has been spreading malicious rumors about various idols for a long time, is facing a second trial. Group Ive’s agency, Starship, asked Google to provide personal information about Mr. And four times, and when Google accepted the request, the lawsuit was filed.

Last January, the Seoul Central District Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff in the lawsuit filed by Jang Won-young against Mr. A for 100 million won in damages. Mr A objected to this and lodged an appeal.
