Depending on the type of housing or the amount of the guarantee, each guarantor may have different advantages and disadvantages, so it is good to check carefully, and you can register before half of the entire contract period has passed without the landlord’s consent.
In addition, the Financial Supervisory Service said that when signing a charter contract, it is good to carefully judge houses with a high price compared to the sale price or an excessive amount of mortgage, which is a priority in the main register.
