On the morning of Tuesday the 14th, cold winds will blow throughout the country as from the previous day, and the perceived temperature will be low.

On this morning, most of the inland areas will be below 0 degrees and the wind will blow slightly strong, so the perceived temperature will be low and cold. Due to lower-than-normal temperatures, there are likely to be frosts or ice in many places, especially in the central inland area and Gyeongbuk inland area, and temperatures will gradually rise starting during the day and become warmer. The highest daytime temperature is 10 degrees in Seoul, 10 degrees in Incheon, 14 degrees in Gangneung, 11 degrees in Daejeon, 12 degrees in Gwangju, 13 degrees in Daegu, 14 degrees in Busan, and 14 degrees in Jeju. The Korea Meteorological Administration urged people to pay attention to their health as the daily temperature difference is very large at 10 to 15 degrees.

There will be a lot of clouds across the country at times, but it will be mostly cloudy in South Chungcheong Province, Jeolla Province, and Jeju Island. In particular, the west coast of South Chungcheong Province, the west coast of Jeolla Province, and Jeju Island are likely to see raindrops sporadically starting in the late afternoon, so you should bring a small umbrella.

The concentration of fine dust will be at a ‘good’ to ‘average’ level in all regions due to smooth diffusion in the air.

A dry weather warning is in effect for the east coast of Gangwon, Busan, Ulsan, and the east coast of southern Gyeongbuk, so the air will be very dry. As the air will be dry in the mountainous areas of Gangwon and other Gyeongsang coasts, caution should be taken to prevent various fires, including forest fires.

The sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 m in the East Sea, 0.5 to 1.5 m in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 m in the South Sea.
