Amid the controversy surrounding the failure to renew the contract of Gangwon FC CEO Lee Young-pyo, Gangwon-do plans to announce a new CEO soon.
The owner of Gangwon FC, Gangwon Governor Kim Jin-tae, held a press conference on the morning of the 7th and announced that he would appoint a new Gangwon FC representative this week.
Governor Kim said, “I would like to express my gratitude to CEO Lee Young-pyo, whose contract has expired.”
In connection with CEO Lee Young-pyo’s failure to renew his contract, Gangwon FC has recently requested a meeting of the board of directors, and it is known that ‘Narsha’, an official supporter, will also visit Gangwon Provincial Office in the near future.
