The 2023 China Tennis Tour CTA1000·Infinity·Guangzhou Huangpu Station·Badiri·Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Tennis Open commenced yesterday at the Guangzhou Development Zone International Tennis School. The tournament’s final match is scheduled for November 19th. This marks the fourth year of hosting the country’s top-level professional tennis event in Huangpu, Guangzhou, where Chinese tennis players will convene at the Pearl of the Bay to provide a high-level tennis extravaganza for enthusiasts.
The theme for this year’s competition is “Moving the Internet to Power the Greater Bay Area, Working Together for the Future”, with a total of 166 participants. Notable players such as Li Zhe, He Yecong, Cui Jie, Wang Chukang, Wang Aoran, Liu Fangzhou, Zheng Wushuang, Wang Meiling, Xun Fangying, as well as local players including Zeng Yaojie, Chen Xingdao, Yang Zijiang, and Nyima Zhuoma will be in attendance.
