A group of armed men broke into a funeral in Ciudad Juárez, and executed 6 men who were watching over another that they had also shot him to death.
The attack occurred minutes after midnight on Friday, the funeral that was taking place in a home in the Héroes de la Revolución neighborhood.
The hitmen violently entered the house on Alfonso Lázaro Alanís Street, and grouped those they were looking for, to shoot them all, so they were left next to each other, next to the coffin and body that they accompanied.
Two of the injured were taken to the hospital, where one died and the other remains in serious condition.
DAYS BEFORE THEY EXECUTED THE MAN WHO WAS WATCHING
In the house there was a vigil for another man who was also executed in the same neighborhood, in recent days.
Because it was early morning, around 1:00 a.m. this Saturday, only friends of the deceased were present at the funeral, who accompanied him chatting when the gunmen arrived and murdered them, finally remaining with their friend.
On Friday, another 5 people were executed in Ciudad Juárez, including a woman in the Portal del Roble neighborhood, who received a gunshot to the head.
