The police charged a 25-year-old man from the Partizánske district with the offense of dangerous threats. He physically assaulted his mother and grandfather and threatened them with death. Trenčín regional police spokeswoman Katarína Kuzmová informed about it.
On the floor of the family house, the accused was supposed to swear vulgarly at his mother and grandfather and threaten them with death. He pushed his mother against the wall, and pushed his grandfather down the stairs, but the 73-year-old man managed to catch himself and did not fall. Both of them ran away from the house out of fear of the accused and called the police.
“The police patrol restricted the man’s personal freedom and placed him in a police detention cell. At the same time, the police processed a proposal for custodial prosecution. The court will decide on the punishment,” added Kuzmová.
