Actress and singer Uhm Jeong-hwa has addressed the issue of an impersonation account on her Instagram, clarifying that it is not her. On October 30th, Uhm Jeong-hwa came across a post on her Instagram story from a fake account and promptly warned her followers, saying, “This is not me. Be careful.”

In the photo shared by Uhm Jeong-hwa, the imposter wrote, “I am actress and singer Eom Jeong-hwa, currently 54 years old,” and went on to boast about her beauty investments, claiming to have spent more than 3 billion won on maintaining her youthful appearance. The imposter even went as far as to state that her daily income is primarily allocated towards beauty investments and that she relies on stock investments for her livelihood.

This impersonation account also offered investment advice, pretending to be Uhm Jeong-hwa herself endorsing high-yield stock investments.

Uhm Jeong-hwa expressed her anger towards the imposters, referring to them as “bad people.”

Recently, Uhm Jeong-hwa has been engaging with audiences through her latest film, ‘Gorgeous Girlfriend’.
