AMATA is restructuring its business, pushing Spin Co. to the stock market

Upon completion of the restructuring transaction, Spin Co. offers ordinary shares for the initial public offering (IPO) of not more than 30% of the paid-up capital of Spin Co. and continues to be listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

In addition, there was a decision to approve the sale of shares in 8 operating companies in Group 1 and Amata Water Co., Ltd. (AW) held to Spin Co. and to purchase additional ordinary shares of Spin Co. as payment for shares • of group 1 operating companies, which operate the business of providing common area maintenance services. and providing services to the industry – fiber optic networks within the Amata City Industrial Estate Chonburi – production and distribution of industrial gas, etc) and Group 2 has 5 companies, electricity and steam generation businesses in the Amata Industrial Estate B.Grimm Power (Rayong).

At the same time, a decision was made to approve the long-term land lease agreement with Spin Co. and the agreement has a business right with Spin Co. more specific investment options in the business of the group of companies. On the other hand, the Company reduces the burden of relying on sources of finance to expand its utility and service businesses.

Regarding the plan for using the proceeds from the sale of capital increase shares, Spin Co. intends to use the proceeds from the initial public offering of the newly issued ordinary shares. Spin Co business expansion. in the future and/or repay loans and/or use it as working capital in the future.
