A foreign media reported on the 28th (local time), citing Android headlines, that Apple is preparing to launch Beats Solo Buds budget wireless earphones.
The Beats Solo Buds are the entry-level model and are released for $79.99. All Beats wireless earbuds released so far started at $149 or more. Foreign media reported: “These will be the cheapest wireless earphones sold by Apple.”
The Beats Solo Buds feature dual-layer transducers designed to minimize audio distortion and deliver clear, detailed sound, and tips in four sizes (XS, S, M, L) are also included in the package.
The microphone features noise reduction and supports Class 1 Bluetooth with a longer range and fewer connection drops. Additionally, one-touch pairing with iOS and Android devices is possible, and Apple’s My Find and Google’s Find My Device are also supported. The battery can be used for up to 18 hours on a single charge and the charging case supports a USB-C port.
Apple is expected to announce ▲ Beats Solo Buds ▲ Beats Solo 4 on Tuesday, April 30. The Beats Solo 4 over-ear headphones are priced at $199 and will begin shipping on May 2, while the Beats Solo Buds wireless earphones are expected to release in June.
