Bandai Namco Entertainment has released a game ‘One Piece Odyssey’ to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the cartoon ‘One Piece’.
One Piece Odyssey is an RPG (role-playing game) and was developed under the theme of ‘a huge adventure meeting the world of One Piece’. Character designs drawn by the original author, Eiichiro Oda (尾田栄一郎) also appear in the game.
It deals with the story of the Straw Hats, who drifted to an unknown island that does not appear in the original manga and anime, but the detailed plot has not yet been released.
One Piece Odyssey is scheduled to be released in 2022, and its release platforms are PlayStation 4 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam.
