Thanakorn – Government Spokesperson Open a timeline to pay compensation to insurers under Section 33 – Section 39 – Section 40 in the dark red area, nearly 10 million people within this September

As for the proceedings to pay compensation to insurers under Sections 33, 39 and 40 who were affected by the announcement of a two-month lockdown in the second round according to the latest Cabinet Resolution on 7 July. In the past, the Social Security Office has determined the time period for gradually transferring money to heal money into PromptPay accounts that are linked to the insured’s ID card as follows:
- On this 20th – 21st September 2021, transfer money to heal m. 40 in the area of 16 newly registered dark red provinces and pay contributions to be insured under section 40 between 4 Aug. – 24 Aug. 64 Number of 2.3 million people, this group receives money to heal for 1 month, 5,000 baht each.
- On September 21, 2021, transfer money to heal university 39, announcing a 2-month lockdown in the area of 13 provinces, dark red, 5,000 baht each, amount 1.17 million
- September 22-23, 2564 transfer money to heal university 40 round 2 in the area of 13 provinces, the amount of 4 million people will be healed for the 2nd round. Another 5,000 baht each.
- On September 27, 2021, transfer money to heal the insured. 33 in the area of 13 provinces that announced a 2-month lockdown for 3.5 million people. They will be healed for the 2nd round. 2,500 baht each.
- On September 28, 2021, transfer money to heal M. 40 in the area of 3 provinces, namely Chonburi, Chachoengsao, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, amounting to 3.45 hundred thousand people who are newly registered and paid contributions to be insured under section 40 between 4-24 August 2021 will receive a round of healing. 2 others 5,000 baht each, totaling 10,000 baht
Mr Thanakorn said that at present, the Social Security Office has paid compensation to almost 10 million insurers in m. 33, m. 39 and m. 40, divided into 1) insurers in m. 33, the amount of transfers is 3,292,889, amounting to 8,388.22. million baht
2) Employer, amount transferred: 150,472 persons, amount 6,270.09 million baht
3) Insured M. 39, amount transferred 1,342,519, amount 6,712.60 million baht.
and 4) insurers, M. 40, the amount of 4,377,972 transfers, amounting to 21,889.86 million baht.
The total number of insurers and employers who have received the money transferred amounted to 9,163,852, totaling 43,104.77 million baht, of which about 97 percent of the transfer was successful.
