Christel Takigawa Shares Heartwarming Moment with Her Eldest Daughter and Beloved Dog Alice

Freelance announcer Christel Takigawa, 46, recently updated her Instagram with a heartwarming photo of her dog Alice snuggling up to her eldest daughter, born last November.

In a previous post from June, Takigawa shared an update on Alice’s health, stating that although the dog can no longer walk, she’s doing well. The family had taken a trip to the suburbs to refresh themselves, and Takigawa was relieved to find that Alice was in good spirits despite the 2.5-hour one-way trip. She expressed her gratitude for the happy time they spent together and her hope for Alice to live up to 18 years old.

Takigawa’s latest post featured a photo of Alice and her daughter, accompanied by sparkly emojis and the hashtags “16 years and 3 months old” and “Doing well.” The post garnered a lot of attention from her followers, who commented with messages such as, “It’s amazing that a large dog can be 16 years old!”, “Alice! Takigawa has been married to Shinjiro Koizumi, a member of the House of Representatives and the second son of former Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi, since August 2019. She announced her pregnancy and gave birth to her first child, a son, in January 2020, followed by her second child, a girl, in November last year.
